I hope you enjoy this resource page, which includes two amazing practitioners whom I am guided to include to further support you on your path. In addition, I have received services of both of these ladies and the results were profound. I have included two documents for reference and support, as well as a guided meditation. I also listed and provided a link to The Columbus Center for Spiritual Living, which is a lovely center that holds uplifting services on Sunday mornings. Finally, I have added a link to kriya.org, an organization I am a member of that has changed my life dramatically since my initiation into the practice of the science of kriya yoga.

I knew very little about homeopathy until I met Deborah. She has taught me a great deal about homeopathy and all of the benefits it provides. If I have an issue with my physical body or even an energetic, emotional, or mental concern she is who I contact. She has prescribed supplements and homeopathics to me many times and they have instantly created a healing and change. My family members all see her as well. She works with all levels of health--Physical body and the energetic bodies. I have been guided to refer several clients to her, some of whom either themselves or a family member is experiencing a health issue of an unknown origin. She is truly a metaphysical doctor and has changed many lives.

I see Susan regularly for Jin Shin Jyutsu. I have referred all of my family to her. This modality is amazing and I had never heard of it until I met her. I could feel my meridians and the organs being healed and changed while I was in session. Often, a blockage or slowed flow in the meridian energy system can create an imbalance or weakness in the organs or other systems. This gentle technique addresses and heals all of that, plus it is extremely relaxing and it also seemed to be working on many different levels. I was seeing images and flashes of old memories and events, even some of past lives. I understood it to be a releasing of wherever those were still imprinted in my body. Amazing!

The Science of Kriya Yoga
A sincere spiritual seeker who follows the path of Kriya Yoga with love and devotion and a desire for spiritual growth can attain Self-realization — even within one lifetime. This powerful yoga is a manifestation of the many yogas described in the Bhagavad Gita, but primarily it derives from:
Karma Yoga — detachment from the fruits of actions in the world, and more importantly, from the inner activity of the mind
Jnana Yoga — a disciplined intellect acquires spiritual knowledge, and this wisdom creates freedom through detachment from the fruits of actions
Bhakti Yoga — unconditional love is awakened by gratitude and by the joy arising from the oneness with all creation, which is cosmic consciousness.
A Simple, Non-Sectarian Technique
Kriya Yoga is non-sectarian. Its simple technique causes no hardship, requires no austerities, and suits aspiring householders as well as monks. From the principles of Karma Yoga, Kriya Yoga teaches that all action, kri, is done by the indwelling soul, ya. Continuous awareness of the power of the indwelling soul can transform all activity into worship. Awareness that the soul must inhale every breath leads to mind control and liberation.
